Payment: At this time we accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and most cards.

Cancellation 

I please ask that you give at least 24 hour notice, preferred 48 hour notice, of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing adequate notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time, meaning other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that.

Luna Body Therapeutics also reserves the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments for repeat occurrences so that appropriate fees may be charged.

Cancellation due to Sickness/Emergency:

We strive to be as accommodating as possible for everyone's protection. Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness.

Please cancel your appointment If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, and there WILL NOT be a charge.  Please also be mindful if the majority of the household is ill and actively contagious.

 Late cancellation due to emergency or inclement weather will also not result in charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.We will do our best to give advance notice of closure or cancellations due to bad weather and ask you to do the same. Provider and Client safety comes first.

Late Arrival Policy

For first time clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions.  We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment, however appointment times are as scheduled and typically cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment out of respect to your therapists time, your time, and other clients as well.
